October hatred is a beautiful thing.
It’s no secret that Yankees fans aren’t usually the most well-liked bunch, but that distaste has reached another level in the last few weeks.
Between throwing trash on their own field, complaining about imaginary whistles, mocking Zack Greinke’s well-documented social-anxiety disorder, and chanting “Houston sucks!” after losing to … Houston, fans of the Bronx Bombers have given Astros fans plenty of reasons to be angry.
So it really shouldn’t surprise anyone that social media had quite a bit of fun when the Astros dominated the Yanks Thursday to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the ALCS.
